2x10x100m. 50 seconds between reps, 4 minutes between the sets.
5-6 minutes rest
10 minute body weight circuit
Really floated well through this workout, I wanted the average to be 15.5 but I averaged about 14.5 without pressing hard which is a good thing. I only started really breathing heavily on the last two. Pretty tired for the body weight circuit but we pressed through it. This year I actually have some good training partners, one who has an identical PR to me in the 400 and another two who have ran 50.x so we push each other well. Our 4×4 is coming together.
