10x200m, 2 minutes rest. Goal pace: 32
10 minute abs.
800m cooldown and stretch.
Goal pace was 32 on these, me and my training partner who also has a pr of 49 ran at an average of 29. I was pretty comfortable too, however I still feel like I should be going faster with 2 minutes rest.. any insight would be helpful.
