bah haven’t updated all week
sunday feb 19th was off

warm up, 1x40m and realized legs were SHOT from saturday.. called it a day because its deload week
Tuesday february 21st
legs still felt tired but did 4x3x200 with 30 seconds between reps, 7 minutes with core between sets.
wednesday february 22nd
2x6x100, 1 mintue rest, 3 minute rest. easy tempo, legs still felt bad for some reason, feeling big and inflamed
thursday february 23rd
4×30, handoffs. legs finally felt good and ready to run fast. lost my running shoes so i’m wearing bigger clunkier shoes which don’t help my speed.
today is just gonna be extended warmup and handoffs, my legs are sore from yesterday because I haven’t done speed in a while. icing stretching and foam rolling so my legs are fresh for tomorrow. racing at u of i club relays against 17 other clubs, running the 4×2, smr(400 leg) and 4×4. 2nd seed for the 4×2 and smr and 3rd seed for the 4×4.
even though I have only been training gpp with little speed work I feel confident for this meet, gonna go out there and give them hell, itll be nice to run on an actual track with spikes for once..
