short dynamic flex :/ a storm was coming
8×200 2 min rest. Goal was 32
Unfortunately, I was kicked off the track before I did any 200s. I moved to a spot where we did 200s in cross country on the grass. Half of them, unfortunately were around 180 meters. Still a good workout. The 200s that I knew where the right distance were 30-31.
Overall, it was a very good workout. Each run felt effortless really. Hopefully it’s a sign of good things to come!
Note: I also did the workout at 7pm, no sun. Still humid… but still.
