Sprints were ok, best one was on the 6th and declined from there. I think once I stop on the track I will feel a lot faster after running on grass for ALL my workouts. The squat machine was the only squat rack open at the time, and I didn’t have a partner anyway so I thought it would be best. Hang clean sucked, but I think it was because I did it right after leg extension. Once again, good to be back!
