10 min GS circuit, 30 sec on 30 off.
WOW, either the humidity kills or I’m really out of shape. Probably the combination of the two. Goal was 70% which would be around 15.5, I hovered around 14.6-14.8 with a couple hiccups of 14.2. It was tougher than I thought probably should have gone a little easier.
The GS circuit was good. Since this will be my second year of lifting im easing my way into it with 2 weeks of good GS stuff.
