Flight your only solution is to be able to do multiple events like 6. If you run in 3 meets a week ask that you run in only 2 at most in 2 of the three and make the next day hard.
No matter how short the season is 2 months gives you probably 8 good meets at which you should target for your bests. If you run 4 events at all your meets then your next day of practice should be easy. If you run 1 or 2 then things change and you can work harder. Also, if you jump 3x a week at meets, you must use meets as your only form of practice.
