As with all Inno-Sport threads, here I am.
To clear up any misconceptions, the Inno-Sport system does incorporate sprints longer than 50M. In fact, most of my sprints are done at 100M or more. There is a big emphasis on An-2 Rate work (ie. sprinting and similar drills for between 10-40 seconds) when training for work capacity on the track.
As for DB’s identity, he was Brad Nuttall. The DB character was used to get the word out, but the information is good despite the deception. And regarding the book, Brad pulled out of the project with CK because he felt his intellectual property was being stolen without proper credit being given his way.
And as I always do, for everyone ragging on the system, it does work. Over the past couple of years I’ve gone from an 8’8″ SLJ to around 10’6″ and can dunk a volleyball from a standstill (if not for grip I could do so with a basketball as well). Last year, after some serious programming screw ups, I still managed to drop .46 from my 100M and almost 4 seconds from my 400M and am currently even further along than that. Im still not fast, but I started in the mid 12s, ran mid 11s last season, and will be under 11 this season.
