Acc. Dev. can come in the form of short resisted runs, short hill runs, or short sprints on the flat. Volume should be relatively low, and correct acceleration mechanics and effort should be the focus. Depending on the needs of the athlete, 1-3 times per week would be ideal for a multi-eventer. We're currently doing one flat sprint session, a resisted run session, and a stair session for our jumpers every week.
