I usually like to jog/ walk a mile or so after the 400m and then ice, and during the rest of the day drink something like pedialite, and eat smart to replace what i lost during the day. But mostly, and this might sound pointless, but i like to recover mentally. Find something to do where I just relax, like watch a movie or do something that puts me in a good mood and gets my mind off anything negative from the first day.
