    Yeah it worked for me just fine. My goal was SIMPLE SUGARS AND COMPLEX CARBS

    My primary goal was to be urinating clear before I went to bed. A protein focused meal would have had me on the toilet all morning feeling like I was trying to get a splintered piece of wood out of me.

    I feel getting your sugar levels out of the cellar needs to be a goal. You will just urinate what you don’t need. Better to have too much than too little…. They body will keep what it needs and get rid of what it doesn’t
