awesome, thanks for the replies guys… oh and off topic here, Eric, for the three training days you reccomended.. Acc., Tempo and Hills… for Acceleration you said 60's.. how much per that day, and how much rest in b/w 60's. As for the Tempo day, what should I be running, you mentioned 100's and 400's with little rest. What should I be aiming for here as far as rest and amount goes. And for hills, simply enough, how many times do I run up the hill lol. Thanks man.
