So you are saying that I should not run the 10x300m session: instead I should run Special endurance to build specific endurace? Even in basetraining? And you says full recovery. But at what speed/intensity should the special endurance be run at?
My 200m and 400m times are 24.2 and 51.1.

Why should I limit it to 4k? because the body can adapt to slower speeds?
There are 2 speed days in your setup. shouldnt it be 3? especially for athletes that needs to improve speed to lower their 400m time?
What are you suggesting on rest days? just completely rest?
