I think there’s an important point to make about to the performance coaches who actually believe they’re changing the landscape. The 10% rule seems to be getting a bit more attention as of late and certain coaches appear to be critical of it. Sometimes I wonder if they’re just trying to draw attention to themselves.
After reading the article in the link provided, it becomes apparent that this is a performance coach attempting to push his way into relevancy with regards to acceleration and speed development.
