Well do the best that you're aware of but train with the drive of ambition and not curiosity. I find the most frustrated athletes are the ones that try to design the fanciest programs.
Agreed. Sometimes it seems if research becomes just another form of procrastination. Probably the best correlation isn't form, technique or the exercises you choose. It's hours in the gym actually training, not discussing training or thinking about training or talking about training. Hours training, period.
