i just read mikes blog on depth jumps again and wondered if there is a percental correlation between the athletes vertical jump and the appropriate boxhight used?
also: if performing depth jumps using flatfooted or heals-first contact, is a short groundcontact time still a big deal?
if i remember correctly the "plyometric charging"* effect during groundcontact lasts for about a second?
