Are you saying that even distance runners should use the same strength training program Sprinters use. If it's all the same which ones would you recommend. Maybe variations might be more specific for different athletes, but like coach johnson said the basics are good to do consistently.
i feel that all athletes should train strength in the weightroom then get specific on the track – speed, endurance etc etc
