Could you explain why my shin splints occur in my left leg more than my right? I mean, I use them equally most of the time, if not I use my right leg more. When I jump, my right leg enforces most of the lift I need to get up and I’m certain that it has more eccentric strength than my left.
It’s probably more related to a foot strike issue than any form of static or dynamic eccentric strength capacities.
Just a little background information: I used to skateboard and had for about 4 years. The leg I pushed off of was my right leg and I’d go out and skate everyday. You think this probably contributes to the imbalance?
I’d bet that it contributes to the imbalance.
