Brilliant stuff…I read it over a few times. I think we will be 49.5 his senior year flat 400 speed. As a sophmore he went 800m and I thought his aerboic fitness was being lost as fast as he was gaining speed. I am his spring coach (I am the sprint coach) but he needs to mantain aerobic fitness year round. He will be a junior next year.
Should he do a long run on the weekend?
