Quick observation. Is there any chance you could set it up like this? I feel that would make your set up a lot better…
Mon: “Hard Day” – 3x300m (41s) 300m walk in between
Lifting: 3-5×3-5 Squat- Box Jumps/ Depth Jumps
5×3 Power Clean @ aprox 145lbs
Tues: Sprint Drills
(FITNESS CIRCUITS, BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES, LIGHT MULTI JUMPS)
Wed: Lj approaches, pop ups
Bike (due to shins)
Upper body lifitng
Thurs: same as monday
Fri: Bike
Lifting: 5×6 Jump Squats, RDL, Cleans, C+J, plyos
Sat: “Hard Day” – more 300s, or ladder ie: 3,4,4,3
Sun: Rest
