Groin/hip flexor felt wonderful, and i feel as in good shape as saturday, so i didnt really lose anything over the week during my injury.
*6×3 Squat (90% 1 RM)- Squats were lousy today, still a tad sore from thursday, but i felt i needed to squat today.
*Box Jumps 6×3
* Power Snatch 5×5 – Still learning the lift, so i didnt go lift that much (75lbs) but i felt very explosive.
* RDL 5×4 (love this exercise)
* Power Cleans 5×3
Good day in the weight room. Meet Wed (not that important) so i think i’ll lift tues, not heavy, or monday w/ heavy squats.
