Yes I am a long and triple jumper. My biggest thing is I’m afraid if I don’t run enough, I won’t burn off the fat! I feel like doing 10X100’s wouldn’t really burn many calories. Just a thought, i could most definitely be wrong. When I was in HS i always ran a mile for warm up, lines, and then a sprint work out (200’s, ladders, 30 second blasts…) and then some laps for warm down. When I did that, i was toned, since I’ve been in college, I don’t do many laps for warm up, do some lines, and maybe flying 30’s. HELP! 🙁
