I had a look at Edwards program & Im pretty sure RT stands for run through (run up) & not right leg. 1 week he does 2 jumps & 4 run throughs, then another week he does 4 jumps & 2 run throughs. These jumps were close to (if not) full run ups. From then on he starts competing & I dont see any other jump sessions other than Comp.
