at 15 y/o and that height, i would prob say your under weight at the mo.
also that bodyfat change wont do much against your speed at your age.
Stop worrying about body comp, or you will end up having issues later in life. just train and enjoy it. your body will take care of itself for the moment
No worries haha won’t have body issues. Oddly im not even the smallest on my team, i have friends that are in the 100’s, and 110’s lol there about my height.
The reason i asked this question was because I think im seeing a decrease in performance, and i felt like crap at one point where i almost quit.
I don’t if it was due to the fact that i haven’t taken time off or the whole weight issue.
Basically iv pretty much been running about 5 seasons straight(in the summer i was only running about 3x/week but i had 4-5+ gym days each week and 2mile runs 2-3/week in the evenings), and lifting 2-5/week 2-3 of those seasons. I took about 1 week off after the summer but never really took any time off after that.
If you’ve been in teh gym 4-5 times per week for 5 years, and running as much as you claim, how can you possibly have a bodyfat issue? Even at your age, five years in the gym doing anything close to a real workout should have packed on some muscle, and running even half of what you run at your sleight weight, how could you have any body fat at all? Something doesn’t jive here.
