this is how i plan to use it as well. 2 on 2 off (2nd/3rd weeks of 313 cycles)
i bought a dirt cheap one
it has the freq i need, the ramp time, recovery time is fine, and u cant beat the price.
the protocol for strength will be like CF reccommended in his book (10 max. contractions of 8s with 50s rest between contractions, he says 10s but ill go 8 because jumping involves shorter bursts than sprinting 100/200m) on the hams, quads, lower back,
for recovery ill use short sessions 15-20 min at 5Hz low intensity probably only on the hamstrings and the back if i did triple jumping.
im not going to start using it for strength until 4 weeks into our univ GPP.
ill be using it for recovery tho.
how much freq u plan on using for ur max strength work?? i think cf said it varies bc the leaner, and more fast twitch u have the less u need.
