They’re chewy, with a nice crisp outside. The thing with these ,as with all cooking, is that you’ll get better at them each time you do them. I go through a big batch of these every week. Be sure not to overcook them, golden brown is good, but dark brown isn’t. These make it so much easier for me too stick to eating healthy. They are a good source of carbs and protein. I eat these after low to moderate intensity days, where high GI carbs aren’t really necessary.
