Regarding a 3 hurdle zone, does the number 3 refer to the number of missing hurdles or the number of hurdle lengths between the remaining hurdles?
To measure the timing, what is a recommended number of transmitters (or photo beams), and where are they placed? For example, if 2 hurdles are removed, how many transmitters are placed between the remaining hurdles? Same question if 3 hurdles are removed. Does it simplify the setup and data analysis if the transmitters are left in the same positions as though none of the hurdles were removed?
