Ephedrine works well when you first discover it (25mg +cup of coffee).
The main problem is how rapidly you get used to it if it is used frequently for training.
You will soon get nothing from it if you use it every day.
If you want to use it, stick to once per week max, save it for "speed" day, or any important day.
The fact that you can't use stimulants in comp isn't too much of a problem, because stress and nerves will ramp you up on comp days.
For comp, caffeine is legal, have no caffeine for 2-3 weeks, then 45 mins before comp hit the max legal dose depending on bodyweight.
