I like the exercises although I’d say that the first one is something I’d consider a low intensity general strength exercise.
I use the lunge jumps and a couple other variations of explosive lunges during comp phase.
That guy in the second video sure looks like a dud…I mean stud 😉
So the first one isn’t really effective for building explosiveness? Could you also please post down your variations of the explosive lunges if you can. Thanks!
