Mar. 15, 2011: Extensive Tempo day
3x3x300 in 48-50s w/ 100m walk recovery, 5′ and 5.5′ rest in between sets
HR peaked at 185. This was tough, had to walk around for 5 min before being able to cooldown with decent jogging form.
This type of workout (hard extensive tempo) is just about phased out of my routine at this point, but since I want to take tomorrow off, I needed a little extra work.
