i am a 100/200m sprinter and have pretty good acceleration, but when i get to top speed my coach says that i cut my stride off early. that is i do not allow my foot to come up near my butt during the back swing, and i am not stepping over the opposite knee. i never realized that i did this untill now (freshman yr in college). i think this is also affecting my knee lift bc i have always known i have low knee lift, just didnt know the cause. could this be the cause? how can i fix this?
