What is a 400m "skip jog" and/or what is referred to as "Mobility Jog Routine?"
Secondly, could you explain what some of the drills are in this WU routine that has been laid out?
Lunge Stoop, Stork/Calf, Standing Straddle, Side Shuffle, Side Bound, Lateral Squat Adductor, Swedish Hops, and Lateral Squat Extension
Thirdly, what is the "1x60m bu" that precedes all of those?
Fourth, do the A's, B's, and C's that follow all of those for sprint drills and dynamic flexibility refer to one specific exercise or a circuit of exercises?
And finally, what does "BLF" stand for?
I know that is a lot of questions, but your replies would be very much appreciated as I'm sure I am already familiar with them all, just want clarification. Thanks!
