today was terrible, everything was wrong except the perfect conditions on the track!
Did first set of 140’s with gentle 50m rolling start with walkround recovery for 4 reps but had to leave it there. Felt proper bad/slow, couldnt stomach any food in morning, shins were hurting and my right hip flexor felt dodgy. Doing a session tommorow, hopefully will be better. Gutted because sun was out for once and had a nice tailwind.
Probably not going to do much more of these types of sessions now anyway as i’m starting the season a bit ealier than planned..
