cheers for the feedback matt, i guess its going to be tough to see how much of a factor it is, i was just going by fact it was one joint i havent used in a long time and my other muscles all seem pretty strong for my weight. I’m only really doing limited plyos as part of sprint of strength sessions but if you think it looks like i’m going too far just let me know!
p.s just noticed my names been changed from fletchy100 to my actual name? anyone have a clue why it would get changed?
You always use your ankle in all sporting activities.
I think the plyos are fine, just focus on other stuff than ankle joint stiffness and reactivity of the joint.
