I would say they are different in that with the 35m it would be smooth acceleration and progressive body angles where as the flys with the run in wouldn’t focus on smooth accel and more on getting tall and focusing on top speed mechanics while not actually being at a true max speed. It might be a good lead into true max speed workouts. You would probably hit slightly higher speed in the flys but obviously both are going to be important depending on what you are focusing on.
