Yeh you may well be right with the dorsiflexion thing, i'm gonna concentrate on the dorsiflexion cause I know that is what you're ment to do and he may be happy with that. If he complains I'll discuss the topic with him from there.
With dorsiflexion you try and hold it for as long as possible aye? Cause your foot naturally plantar flexes close to ground contact i'm pretty sure? Does anyone know any good drills to help with dorsiflexion – at the moment I just try to concentrate on it with all my track running and all my drills.
