The results from tonights workout. Took Todds advice and decided to move up a bit. Started at 110'…first 2 approaches on the board. Then it starts…stayed at 110' for next 3 attempts all 5" fouls.
Next attempt move ahead to 109"..NG…8"foul.
Back to 111'…1st attempt a 5" foul..then behind the board for the next 3.
Very frustrating. Felt I was hitting my 3rd stride check, so something is happening later on. Did feel a better "pop" off the board on my final 3, but was starting to run out of gas.
Have a meet on Sunday, I guess we''ll see how it goes.
