KFC is fast food. Anything thing that incorporates fast, grease and food is unhealthy for you. I have worked at a KFC before and the amount of grease they go through everyday to fry chicken and fries is just despicable.
Tryu not to eat junk after meets or high intensity bouts of exercise. All the bad stuff goes straight to your muscles and becomes fat.
If you want fry chicken, make your won by taking chicken pieces, coat them with eggs and cornflakes and bake em for like 20 minutes. Season to taste and you got yourself a crunchy KFC alternative.
