I ve turned my focus to an explosive power/speed training block…
So i just do lots of powercleans, clean pull, squat cleans, hang cleans etc. (no snatches :P) My form is good so no problem there.
So i just found out that i have a pretty big discrepancy between my front and my back squat. My front is pretty weak in comparison to my back…
So i ll focus for the next month or so on deep front squatting and ditch the back squats (to give my spine a break too), because front squats have a greater "carryover" to OL and the mechanics of the pull
My question is this… will i lose back squatting strength when i eventually resume back to them?
if you want ur ol's to increase get you squats, dl and total body strength numbers up. u cant clean 315 if u squat 225.
