I have enjoyed reading your material in the past. I have also read some of your more recent Posts lately. You have spoken about warm-up, mobility, single leg deadlifts and such. Most of what you speak about has been what Not to do. I find your thoughts interesting and vastly different from what I have read on other sites > some which you have posted on. I am wondering if maybe you could put together an article on How You Train your High school athletes. I feel it would be helpful for readers to better understand your programming and how it differs to others out there.
Put together an article on how to train athletes….way beyond an article. It’s not special but like common sense not being common. I guess not special is special.
