I understand and appreciate the importance of general strength circuits; the mentioned in my training program is logical first step towards strength training after several months of no formal training (summer break). I am looking for a few samples I can employ outside of the weight room which will help my readiness to lift and train more specifically later in the training year.
Here's what I have done in the past
20x push-ups
20x sit-ups
10x burpees
20 v-ups
10x fire hydrants
30x prisoner squat
25x bike cycle crunch
15x plyo push-ups
20x alternating lunges
20x skydriver
10x glute-ham raises
I have read others make reference to circuits named Waterloo and Bataan; can someone post or give me some different exercises to consider.
