Any insight into your thoughts re: weight of the medball or implement? My male sprinters/hurdlers are currently using heavy balls (12-17 lbs) from static start positions on acceleration days and lighter balls (8-10 lbs) with a counter-movement on max velocity days, in an attempt to make training complementary. How about progression through the year? Percentage of throws from various start positions at various points of macrocycle?
