Thanks for the kind words. Your program looks similar to what I’ve been doing in the past weeks, so it’s good to see that I’m not doing something completely exotic.

5min jog on grass
My lungs hurt while running and I started to feel sicker, so I called it a day, did some stretching and went back home to recover. Apparantly my respiratory system has not fully recovered from the cold yet. But I still think it was a good thing to do to get the blood flowing…
