Please take my opinion for what you paid on it (i.e. – nada).
I tend to defer to nick here – I think your volume is too low and your relative intensity on the cleans is too high. A very easy way for you to bump up the volume with out necessarily bumping up the sets/reps would be to complex component lifts (Eric Broadbent’s log has numerous examples, like Clean Pull + Clean Hi-pull + hang clean).
On the clean’s technical side, from the video I noticed 3 things. the first is the dip; if you can speed up the dip, the lift will go better. the second was the pull – you’re pulling too much with your arms from the start. arms pull, the bar doesn’t get high enough, and you can’t complete the lift. I think 75kg is there, right now, based on your squat strength. last the catch it self. You’re receiving pretty upright which is a symptom of arm pulling – if you’re pulling with your arms you tend to be over the bar rather than receiving it. really focus on the dip and drive, try to feel the bar float.
