    800m jog
    dynamic flex

    5x20m Fly, 10m roll in
    4xSFS 10-20-10.
    Agility ladder(very tiring)

    Weights:
    Parallel Squat:3×5@135,185,185.
    Incline Bench:2×10@95
    Tricep work
    Explosive Squat jumps:4×5@30.

    It sucks not having a lot of room to work with, but it’s good. First max v work of the year, and second time I’ve sprinted farther than 15m this season. Also, if you followed my training log last year, we did not do any max V work.It felt very fast. It’s gonna be a good year. Lifting later
