Coach had to go to a meeting so our workout was cut short.. made up for it with plyos after weights
A2G Squats: 3×8@115,165,165.
3×4 Depth Jumps
4×5 Tuck Jumps.
Overall it was a good day, In gym I tried jumping and trying to touch a light in the locker room that I couldn’t normally touch unless I was running but even then O barely touched it. But today i touched the side of it! I’m thinking the lifting is helping, not sure if I should take jumping higher as a good indication though, I’ll wait for times to come.
