Was planning on lifting and doing speed work, I asked coach and said we were doing sprints tomorrow, so saving it for tomorrow, another note, I know I’m not very strong when doing lunges yesterday in the circuit made me really sore. Also, If i had the fascilities I would have done some kind of tempo work, but I only have 40 meters to work with. So if anyone has any other ideas to simulate tempo other than circuits, hook me up :]
