These next two weeks are make it or break it time, I realized during the year I have a LOT of meets and dont have a lot of workouts in season to make myself better. So I’m cracking it down now, many athletes are just chilling these weeks but this is where I either make up ground on them or widen the gap. I was able to get into my girlfriends gym today. Unfortunately they don’t have squat racks or anything just dumbbells and machines.. I’m making do.
