Took Thursday Off
Friday I did some light lifting
Saturday I did a good GS circuit, got me very tired.
Took Today off, bought some underarmor shorts(yay don’t have to run in boxers anymore!) and gonna try one of those energy shot drinks for tomorrows workout to see if I want to use them for meets.
Tomorrow starts team practices again, still MWF morning and still able to lift after school(will be able to do cleans and regular squats again). It’s really crunch time now, first meet is in a month and a half
