Felt really slow, everyone did. First day back to real sprinting, pretty pissed about the times I’ll take my anger out on lifting today.
Warming up for the weights today, Did accelerations and felt really fast, I was relaxed(unlike this morning) and I felt really smoothe, I’m gonna try running like that next time we do the 40s.
